      <image:caption>I believe that the power of food can truly help us live our best life, and no one is more deserving of feeling good than mothers and mothers-to-be. I specialise in fertility, preconception, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition - essentially supporting women on their life changing journey into and through motherhood. I’ve worked in nutrition almost all of my career, having studied and trained in Nutritional Therapy at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. It’s through my own fertility journey and experience of pregnancy and motherhood that I have come to appreciate what an underserved audience mothers and mothers-to-be are. At the point in our lives when our nutrition matters the most and our nutrient requirements are higher than ever, there is such limited advice and support around eating well.
