How we will work together…

 

One-to-one consultation

Working together begins with an initial one-to-one consultation which involves a comprehensive analysis of your current and past health, diet, lifestyle and health goals. This helps me to build a detailed picture of what’s going on and how best to support you in whatever stage you are at.

We’ll identify and discuss what I consider are your priority areas to focus on initially - helping to break down the complex nutritional science so the changes I am suggesting make sense and feel achievable. And together we create a bespoke nutrition, supplement and lifestyle programme which you feel comfortable with.

One-to-one after care

It’s one thing to know what to do, but a totally different thing to feel supported in doing it...

I am all about supporting and empowering you to make changes which last so a huge part of this process is the follow up support and after care. So following each consultation we’d keep in touch regularly throughout the month, usually via Whatsapp, for questions, encouragement and additional ideas. For example, I love seeing photos of the meals my clients are making and flagging any tweaks they could be making.

I also offer a bespoke meal planning service if you feel you would benefit from that additional support.

Subsequent consultations can be booked as and when you would like.

My approach

My approach is always research led and food first. What does this mean? I take the nutritional science we have and turn it into practical and easy to action solutions. My suggestions are always personal and tailored to your specific needs. It is about finding something which will work for you and your lifestyle.

I believe in keeping things simple and that results and lasting change must come from taking small, practical and manageable steps. Because whether you’re trying to conceive, you’re pregnant or juggling life with a little one (or several!) the last thing you need is your nutrition being one more stress!
